You’re welcome to stay at the Hacienda (the retreat home) June 4–6, with the option to arrive before or stay a few days after the retreat. Arriving June 3 is recommended to settle in. Dates are flexible to accommodate your desire and travel plans. Please share your arrival and departure dates when booking.

Sleeping Spaces

Your stay includes a sleeping space within the home, towels, sheets, and access to shared living areas.

Options may include:

  • Private or shared bedrooms with beds
  • Sleeping spaces in shared rooms such as the office or movement space

When you complete your booking, you will be asked to select your space and choose a room/bed type that works best for you.

Food & Kitchen

Before and after the retreat, the kitchen will be stocked with simple, nourishing food supplies available for you to prepare your own meals. This may include eggs, grains, fresh produce, protein, bread, pantry staples, coffee, and tea. You are also welcome to bring or source additional food.

Shared meals may happen naturally. We ask that the kitchen is used with care and consideration.

Note: During the retreat days, meals are provided as part of the tuition.

Contribution

Lodging is offered through a sliding-scale contribution that includes your stay and access to shared spaces and pantry. These are suggested ranges, not fixed rates, to provide some structure. We welcome your contribution of any kind.

Suggested nightly range:

$100–130

supports the cost of care, food, and upkeep

$150+

supports long-term sustainability and accessibility for others

$50+

a supported range for those with limited financial resources

We ask that all guests contribute in a way that feels aligned with your current circumstances. As a next step, you write-in your total contribution amount for your stay upon booking.

Why We Share Our Home

This home called to us. We were looking for a space that could support the way we live, work, and gather, and Hacienda Ponderosa met us in that intention. As students and facilitators, we know how rare it is to find spaces that feel grounded, flexible, accessible, and held with care. We offer it in that same spirit, tended with love.

About Us

We are Jaclyn and Jenna, best friends and soul sisters for over 25 years.

We see ourselves as lifelong students, curious and eager to learn and collaborate. We love adventure, diving deep into the human experience, and having conversations about what it all means. We are currently studying Sacred Medicine Facilitation at the Sanctuary and actively volunteering within that community. We are also collaborators, creators, and communicators, with professional experience in education, leadership, facilitation, entrepreneurship, and digital growth.
